1.      The Incredible Effect It Has On Your PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT!

Taking part in the Bridge to Brisbane race has since spurred me on and one of my personal Goals in ‘Health & Well Being’ is to walk and run regularly. As a result, I’m very proud to say I’m running in my sixth Bridge to Brisbane race on 28th August 2016. My personal goal is to complete the course in no more than 52mins …. how exciting is that!

 

The continued improvement in my performance illustrates the ongoing growth and development I’ve achieved in my overall fitness and the positive impact it has then had on the achievement of other personal Goals and my life in general.
