Just Spreading the Word and Feeling Happy and Fulfilled!
Hi everyone … during the past fortnight I’ve had the pleasure of conducting six Goal Setting and Visualisation Workshops for over 40 TAFE Students studying Hospitality at the Bundamba campus of TAFE South West in Ipswich.
I find these workshops really fulfilling because I get to communicate with people face-to-face about my journey with anxiety, why I’ve developed Manage My Rainbow as a concept and how, despite facing challenges, you have the ability to achieve anything and everything you want in life, with a good dose of positive self-belief, focus and Action.
The workshops are interactive and all Students were given the opportunity to use the site to set, track and visualise their Goals. In particular, we focused on their current learning pathway and set a personal Goal of working towards and achieving their TAFE qualification.
The Students then visualised their personal Goal and it was fun seeing them create some colourful Vision Boards, with the aim of bringing greater meaning to their Goal.
During one of my workshops days, I enjoyed lunch in the TAFE Restaurant with the 3 course meal prepared and served by some of the Students. It was really inspiring to see them working diligently and professionally together, and the service and meal were great 😊
It is particularly rewarding for me when Manage My Rainbow is well received and I can see the audience taking onboard my message. Each one of the Students is moving forward in their lives and is taking positive steps towards achieving their learning Goals and attaining their TAFE qualification.
Like them, you have the ability to bring about positive change in your life too, so go to www.managemyrainbow.com and Login to set, track and visualise your personal Goals and Dreams … if you’re new to the site, then Signup is FREE and you will have the ability to set and create, as many Goals and Vision Boards as you like!
Your feedback is encouraged and always appreciated, and if you can help me deliver my message to a wider audience, then please ‘Like’ and/or ‘Share’ my Facebook or Instagram page, or this particular post on those social media sites … it would be awesome and greatly appreciated.
As always, enjoy the journey! … until next time!
